At Family Chiropractic Center in Bellefontaine, Ohio, we are dedicated to providing quality, evidence-based chiropractic and massage care for the whole family. Led by Dr. Scott and his wife, Hayley, a licensed massage therapist, our practice offers a comprehensive approach to health and wellness.
Dr. Scott, an honors graduate from New York Chiropractic College, has been in practice since 2016. Certified in advanced techniques such as dry needling therapy, kinesiology taping, and muscle scraping, he provides personalized treatments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore quality of life. Hayley complements this care with expert therapeutic massage services that relieve tension, enhance recovery, and promote relaxation.
As parents of four, Dr. Scott and Hayley understand the importance of family health, offering care for all ages, from prenatal and pediatric services to injury prevention and rehabilitation. They are also actively involved in the community, supporting local youth programs, foster care families, and events through partnerships with the Chamber and Downtown Business Partnership.

Dr. Scott KayatinOwner, ChiropractorDr. Scott is an honors graduate from New York Chiropractic College who has been in practice since 2016. Though born and raised in Lima,OH, his passion and career brought him to his new home and community in Bellefontaine, OH. Doctor Scott loves sharing his knowledge, educating his Logan County community on the importance of regular holistic healthcare, and assisting his patients in achieving improved mobility, a decrease in their level of pain, and restoration of a better quality of life.
Dr. Scott is certified in and provides modalities beyond manual adjustments such as: Dry needling therapy, Kinesiology taping, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (ConnecTX Technique aka: Muscle Scraping) Dr. Scott his highly involved within his community. He is a member of the Chamber, and Downtown Business Partnership where he participates in many First Friday Events. Dr. Scott is also passionate about supporting his community, contributing to local youth organizations, and aiding in the efforts to support our local foster care families. |

Hayley KayatinOffice Manager, Massage TherapistHayley was born and raised in Lima, Ohio. She graduated from Bath High School and began her general studies at Rhodes State College. Her studies came to a halt when God redirected her into a new role, motherhood. While on her new path of growth and discovery, she met her life partner and incredible husband, joined together with him in a beautiful marriage, moved to their new home in Bellefontaine, OH, and proceeded to welcome three more children, which then completed their family. While navigating motherhood of multiple children, she was led down a frustrating and unfamiliar journey with one of her girls. While waiting for diagnoses from behavioral health professionals she advocated for various forms of therapies to help her child navigate, regulate, and confidently communicate through her neurodivergent difficulties. During this process is when Hayley learned the extraordinary physical and psychological benefits of medical massage therapy. When she witnessed, firsthand, the difference this type of therapy could make on a child, and family struggling to navigate neurodivergency as well as emotional/behavioral regulation, she decided going forward she would give this peace back to her community in Bellefontaine, OH. Hayley graduated from Dayton School of Medical Massage Lima campus in May of 2024 with a 4.0 GPA. She took her licensure exam and began working immediately upon receiving her license in June 2024. She works passionately and proudly with pediatrics, currently working on certifications to specialize in Safe Touch Therapy for Autism level 1 and 2. She is Nervous system focused and specializes in Swedish massage, Prenatal/Postnatal care as well as Hot and Cold Stone Therapy. Hayley also works closely with Raising Arrows in assisting their foster youth achieve physical and psychological healing by offering discounted massages. Hayley works in office, as partner with her husband, Doctor Scott Kayatin,and travels to local area businesses for various events.

Dr. Cady Perry, D.C.Associate ChiropractorDr. Cady Perry, D.C. is passionate about caring for families and helping patients feel their best at every stage of life. She earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University in 2025, graduating Magna Cum Laude, after completing her Bachelor of Science in Life Science in 2023. Dr. Cady is certified in dry needling and uses a variety of techniques—including Diversified, Thompson, and Flexion-Distraction—to create gentle, personalized care plans. She has a special interest in family care, including prenatal and pediatric chiropractic.
Originally from Urbana, OH, Dr. Cady is grateful for the opportunity to serve the surrounding communities and share her passion for chiropractic care close to home. When she’s not in the office, you’ll often find her spending time with her family and friends—especially her young nephew—or trying new recipes in the kitchen. She looks forward to building meaningful connections and walking alongside patients on their wellness journeys. |
